New report claims selfies can cause WRINKLES

Dermatologists have revealed taking lots of selfies can lead to wrinkles.

Specialists are reporting that exposing your face to constant light and radiation from smartphone can cause damage to your skin, speeding up the ageing process.

Speaking ahead of the Facial Aesthetic Conference and Exhibition, in London Dr Simon Zoakei, Medical Director of the Linia Skin Clinic said: “Those who take a lot of selfies and bloggers should worry.”

“Even the blue light we get from our screens can damage our skin,” they said.

“I think there is a gap in the market for products which protect because I know there are people who take lots of selfies, and bloggers who come to me and I have seen that there is damage there and there ageing taking place.

“It’s a different wavelength of radiation so sunscreen will not block it,” they told the Irish Independent.

God only knows what that selfie light on Snapchat is doing to us all…
