We caught up with celebrity hair and makeup artist Noeleen Cunningham from EF Creative Studios who looked after Meghan Markle while she was in Dublin, and she gave us all of the deets.
“Meghan is a fan of lightweight natural makeup, for this reason, I used MAC Face & Body. Great in photographs and not too heavy.”
“She likes definition on the eyes, so we went for a soft brown smokey eye using a Clarins Intense Kohl Eyeliner in Brown smudged along the lashline.”
“On her cheeks, she likes a natural flush of colour so I used Stila Convertable Colour Cream Blush in Peony. I used a touch of this on her lips paired with a L’Oréal Infallible Lipliner in Hollywood Beige.”
“I defined her brows using Benefit’s Browzings shaping kit, making sure they looked groomed, but not overdone.”
“We finished the look by curling her lashes with my favourite Shiseido eyelash curler and followed by lashings (pardon the pun!) of Estee Lauder’s Sumptuous Extreme Mascara.”
