Nathan Carter has revealed that he is in fact single and ready to mingle, following his split from Lisa McHugh.
The country star was previously dating fellow country singer Lisa, but the pair appear to have gone their separate ways with Nathan revealing that he is currently single.
Opening up about looking for love, the crooner admitted that it’s hard to find ‘the one’ in the music industry.
“It’s definitely the downfall of the business, So many musicians are divorced or separated. But when the right girl comes along I’ll know,” he said.

Despite Nathan’s rising success as a country music star, he admits that he never wanted to be famous and that he’ll never forget where he came from.
“I never wanted to be famous, I just wanted to be a musician and play in a band,” he told the Sunday Independent.
“Now almost every show sells out, which I feel very lucky about. I hope I never take it for granted because I remember days when I was playing to 15 people.”
