Shane Filan has revealed that he would like to work with Niall Horan.
We could be treated to the ultimate collaboration in the future – with Westlife and One Direction COMBINED (kind of).
Speaking about the controversial One Direction hiatus next year, Shane said he would team up with the Mullingar man:
“Niall will do music [after the One Direction break], he is very talented. If it came to songwriting of course I would work with him.”

“If we didn’t write a good song at least we could have a few pints as he is Irish,” he told the Daily Star.
“He is great craic,” he added.
The Irish singer also wanted to clear up the rumours about One Direction’s rumoured split.
“1D are taking a break, it’s not a split. From what I’ve heard inside the industry, it’s just a break as they are just knackered,” he explained.
Delighted: Louis Walsh’s dream collab could happen | VIPIRELAND.COM
Hopefully we will see the ultimate collaboration from the Irish popstars in the near future, and let’s hope Louis Walsh’s head doesn’t explode from the excitement of it all.
It seems Shane is all about the collabs with fellow Irish singers, as he recently did an amazing duet with Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle.
