If there was any sign that Saoirse Ronan has become one of leading women in Hollywood – then this is it.
The Carlow native has had a fantastic year, with her latest movie Brooklyn up for Best Motion Picture at The Oscars, as well as Saoirse herself up for Best Actress.
It’s her second time being nominated at the Academy Awards, with her first nod back in 2007.
Now, nine years later, Saoirse is the new ‘it’ girl in LA, and the actress has been pictured among some of the biggest female stars in Hollywood including Cate Blanchett, Jennifer Lawrence, Jane Fonda, Helen Mirren, Room star Brie Larson, Alicia Vikander and Lupita Nyong’o.
