Dublin’s favourite menswear retailer, Michael Barrie, celebrated their reopening after an extensive refurbishment alongside Dublin’s glitterati.
The red carpet was rolled out on Dublin’s Duke Lane, as the who’s who of the fashion and celebrity scene raised a glass to the newly invigorated Michael Barrie store.
Hosted by Ireland AM’s Alan Hughes and Husband Karl Broderick, guests on the night were treated to canapés and cocktails courtesy of 37 Dawson Street, with cool beats by DJ Tommy Stewart.
A host of familiar faces from Dublin’s social scene were in attendance including Game of Thrones star Liam Cunningham and singer Brian Kennedy.
The newly renovated Michael Barrie will specialise in fully personalised tailoring with custom made to measure suits, in a brand new luxury environment.
Whether it’s quality made-to-measure or premium casual tailoring, the expert team at Michael Barrie provide the ultimate shopping experience.
Commenting on the new store opening, store owner Stephen Walsh said: “The Michael Barrie store has been at the forefront of premium casual and tailoring menswear for the last 40 years.”
“Along with my colleague Bobby Mc Cormack, we have driven the business to ensure sure that this store leads the way in terms of quality and luxury men’s offering. Sourcing premium product from Europe’s leading clothing manufacturers, we’ve always placed the emphasis on quality.”
“The renovation of our store, we feel, has allowed us to create an environment to showcase our casual collections alongside our made-to-measure offering across a beautiful two-floor showroom.”
