PICS: Stars line out for the opening of Urban Decay’s Grafton Street Boutique

There was a huge buzz on Grafton Street yesterday, as guests were invited to the launch of Ireland’s first standalone Urban Decay Boutique.

Urban Decay is beauty with an edge. It is feminine, dangerous and fun… and is much-loved in Ireland – so naturally, the store’s opening on Dublin’s Grafton Street has generated a lot of excitement.

Guests on the day included Kathryn Thomas, Rosanna Davison, Rozalind Lipsett, Michele McGrath, Ruth O’Neill and many more, while DJ Cici Cavanagh took to the decks on the night.

The Irish boutique promises to be like no other store you’ve ever seen.

From the moment you step inside, you feel like you’ve died and gone to a luxurious UD wonderland.

We’re talking ten makeup stations over two floors and reclaimed wide-beam flooring to counterbalance all the chrome fixtures and keep the space warm and inviting.

The pad also includes a UD Lounge on the first floor, which houses a selfie wall (with a ring light) that has an interactive screen to share photos within the store and on your own phone.

This new space is more than just a store; it’s the ultimate beauty hangout.
