PICS: Stars line out for the Irish premiere of Oceans 8 at The Savoy Dublin

The movie went down a hit with the audience

Well known faces turned on the style on Thursday night, as they arrived at a special drinks reception prior to the Irish premiere screening of Oceans 8 at the Savoy Cinema.

The theme for the glitzy premiere was Gala Glamour, paying homage to the Oceans 8 plot which involves an epic gang of females pulling off a heist at the annual Met Gala in NYC.

A host of well-known faces were spotted at the premiere, including newly wed Rosie Connolly, and her bridesmaid beauty Niamh Cullen.

Mum-to-be Aoibhin Garrihy was also pictured on the red carpet with her PR guru sister Ailbhe.

The pair were missing their younger sister Doireann, who was busy presenting her Spin 103.8 radio show.

Also spotted on the red carpet was Elliot and Bonnie Ryan, RTÉ presenter Blathnaid Treacy, stylist Courtney Smith, and celebrity make-up artist Michelle Regazzoli-Stone.

Bloggers Louise Cooney and Sinead Butler also turned heads in their gala glamour on the red carpet.

In the film, Sandra Bullock plays Debbie Ocean who gathers an all-female crew to attempt an impossible heist at New York City’s yearly Met Gala.

The film boasts an all-star cast, which includes Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna and Helena Bonham Carter.

A tonne of celebrities took part in filming the movie, including Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Serena Williams, Anna Wintour, Katie Holmes, and many more.
