PICS: Stars line out for Heineken Star Series launch with Gavin James

Last night, Heineken launched the Heineken Star Series, a bespoke bottle collection designed in collaboration with, and in celebration, of the best in Irish arts, culture, music and sport in The Ivy on Parliament Street.

Kicking off the collaborative series was singer-songwriter Gavin James – who unveiled his co-designed bespoke bottle, featuring memories and moments from his hugely successful career to date.

On the night, fans had a chance to pick up the collectable bottle, as Gavin discussed the collaboration with host Paddy McKenna and then performed some of his best-known songs.

Guests included model Holly Carpenter, RTE’s Eoghan McDermott, Baz Ashmawy, Leinster’s Jordi Murphy and Xposé presenter Ruth O’Neill.

Speaking about the collaboration, Gavin said, “The past few years have been crazy for me, from touring and traveling all over the place to making the album, it is fairly rare that I get to stop and think about all the amazing things that have happened.

“Working on my Heineken X Gavin James bottle has pretty much allowed me to look back on the last few years and put all my memories on a bottle, from gigging in bars across Ireland to selling out the Olympia in Dublin.
