PICS: Ireland’s first Planquet launches in Dublin with Alpro

Guests gathered at No. 57 South William Street in Dublin 2 to officially welcome the first ever planquet to take root in Ireland.

Brought to Dublin by Alpro, the Alpro Planquet is open until Monday, 30th April, serving dishes that put plants first.

Guests at the opening were joined by Alpro representatives and Doctor, personal trainer and food fanatic, Dr. Hazel Wallace, The Food Medic, who has contributed two dishes to the plant-based menu at the Alpro Planquet.

Guests in attendance included top model, Kelly Horrigan, former Miss Ireland, Aoife Walsh, and lifestyle and foodie influencers, Niamh O’Sullivan, Lisa Nolan, Niamh O’Shaughnessy and Vicki Shilling.

On arrival guests were greeted with a selection of the Alpro Planquet breakfast dishes on offer.

They enjoyed the plant-based goodness of strawberry overnight oats with Alpro Plain with Coconut and muesli served with fresh fruit, nuts, and a choice of Alpro Almond Unsweetened, Alpro Oat Original or Alpro Soya Original.

Guests also had the chance to try Alpro’s new delicious duo of ice-cold coffee drinks, Alpro Caffé.

For the Alpro Planquet, Alpro has created a delicious menu of complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes that all have Alpro at their heart.

Open until 7pm today and from 7am until 7pm on weekdays, and from 9am on Saturday and Sunday, don’t miss out on visiting Ireland’s first ever Alpro Planquet and discover the world of plant-based for yourself.
