A firm favourite in the city centre, Carluccio’s Dawson Street re-opened this week, after undergoing a beautiful refurbishment.

To celebrate the new-look restaurant, guests descended on the venue to enjoy an evening of bubbles, Italian nibbles and a stunning operatic performance from a singing waiter.

Guests on the night included actress Norma Sheehan, designers Emma Manley and Jenny Huston as well as the Lord Mayor of Dublin Niall Ring.

The new space, which now seats 106 over two floors, is the perfect place to grab a coffee on the go, a brisk breakfast, light lunch or relaxed dinner whilst a new aperitivo bar has been designed for counter dining and after-work drinks.

At the corner of Dawson Street and Duke Street, in the heart of Dublin’s shopping district, the enviable location is mirrored by the impressive exterior and now has an interior to match.

The space boasts a feature bar finished in brushed-brass and carrara marble as well as luxurious dark blue leather booth seating and bespoke artwork, capturing the essence of the Carluccio’s dishes and its fresh ingredients.

Brushed brass pendant lights add an elegant finishing touch whilst the re-vamped terrace area, overlooking a bustling Duke Street, is the perfect people-watching spot.
