The director of hit US show Once Upon A Time has admitted they desperately want Jamie Dornan to make a return to the series.
The show, which is set in a town called Storybrooke – where fairytale characters come to life.
Speaking about the future of the show, the director said they’ve tried their best to bring Jamie back.

“Jamie Dornan is the number one person people ask about and unfortunately, we cannot make it work,” he explained.
“His schedule is too busy, we will not be seeing him,” he told Variety magazine.
The series is about to hit it’s 100th episode which will see many characters return, and although Jamie won’t be there he will be there in spirit.

“You find a star and then other people grab them and don’t share them. We love Jamie and we wish him nothing but the best.
“Although we’re not seeing his face in the 100th (episode), I think he’ll be there in spirit as Emma wears his shoelace on her wrist,” he explained.
