One Direction fans all over the world can rejoice as Niall Horan has let his Instagram followers have a sneak peak of a 1D recording session.
The boyband are officially back in the studio to record their fifth album – their first offering as a foursome since Zayn Malik sensationally left the group.
The Mullingar native posted a video of his songwriting pal Julian Bunetta singing about the fact that there was no music in his headphones.
Julian has worked with the lads for several years and has co-written some of their hits like Best Song Ever and You & I.
Niall revealed the pair were working in the studio until 2am recording new material.
“This was us at 2am! Wide awake and still jammin Julian Bulian,” he wrote while sharing a snap of the pair.

The 21-year-old has been reassuring fans quite regularly that the foursome are back in the studio getting ready for their next album.
He revealed on April 18 he had just enjoyed a great songwriting session with Liam and Louis.
It comes after Niall was recently spotted hand in hand with Australian model Melissa Ann Whitelaw.
