Irish stars line out for the Irish Blogger Conference 2016

Stars lined out for the Irish Blogger Association’s conference and awards this year, where big names like Roz Purcell, Joanne Larby, and Louise O’Reilly graced the red carpet.

The awards were hosted by Minding Mum author, Alison Canavan, and Independent Style writer, Jamie Tuohy.

Big winners of the night were The Make-Up Fairy blogger, Joanne Larby, and Style Me Curvy writer, Louise O’Reilly, who won the Most Influential Blogger award.

Other winners included TheTaste.ie, Timi Ogunyemi, and Holly Shortall.

Awards were voted on by the bloggers that were there, but some were judged on by a secret panel of bloggers.

Goss.ie were a sponsor of the event, hosted in the Radisson BLU Hotel in Dublin 8.

Snapchat Selfie; Hosts and bloggers were sure to snap as much as possible

Earlier in the day, IBA hosted a conference with guest speakers such as Roz Purcell,  GastroGays, and James Kavanagh.

Many influential Irish bloggers talked at the conference, offering advice and tips on how to break into the blogging world.

Also talking at the conference were media savvy techs, speaking about the importance of your blog layout and reach.
