The Irish model showed off her toned stomach to her 109,000 twitter followers, posing in light blue skinny jeans and a black crop top.
Although Hazel is calling for the sunshine, she just returned from a romantic summer holiday with footballer boyfriend Andros Townsend. But now that she’s back the model is focusing on launching her new jewellery line.
