Most people take holidays to relax, but Amanda Byram has take a holiday to work out.
The Dublin TV presenter has flown to Maris, Turkey, and although it seems like the perfect place to unwind, Amanda has been exercising.
Sharing this picture on her Instagram, Amanda wrote:

Fit: Amanda has been waking up every morning to work out
The Total Wipeout host has been getting up at the crack of dawn to work on her body.
It comes after Amanda spent two months working out to pose nude for Women’s Health magazine.
In another post Amanda shared a picture of herself at an outdoor gym.

“Push ups and lunges don’t seem so bad when this is your gym! @bodyism @dhotelmaris #7am #26degrees,” she wrote.
But the 41-year-old has found some time to relax after working out.
Posting a picture while lying on the beach, Amanda wrote:
“Even I hate me…. #luckiestgirlintheworld @dhotelmaris #heavenonearth.”

The Clontarf native has certainly been enjoying the glorious landscape in Maris, and her stunning resort the D-Hotel.
