Despite working on her birthday, Today FM presenter Paula MacSweeney is having the best day of her life.
The Showbiz presenter was left shocked when Irish rockers U2 gave her a special birthday present.
Paula was on the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show and was speaking about how U2 had sent rock-star Slash a gift to mark his visit to Dublin and joked that they could send her in a gift for her birthday.

To Paula’s surprise Bono and the lads had tuned in and decided to send in a beautiful bouquet of roses to the Kilkenny presenter.
Paula took to Twitter to show her excitement: “U2 sent me flowers for my birthday. I can’t stop laughing/shaking!”
She later then tweeted, “ACTUAL @U2 BEST birthday ever.”
