Ireland’s top style star Amy Huberman has been left out of the VIP Style Awards this year – because she only wore maternity wear in 2014.
The wife of Brian O’Driscoll was snubbed from the annual awards show, because there is no “maternity wear” category.
Speaking exclusively to Goss.ie publisher Michael O’Doherty admitted she and RTE’s Jennifer Maguire were both left out.
“The reason Amy Huberman isn’t nominated is because she was pregnant all last year,” he admitted.

“It’s the same reason Jennifer Maguire has been left out as well, they just wore maternity wear all year, so they can’t be included.”
While Jennifer and Amy are both left out of the nominations this year nominees for Best Stylish woman include Lucy Kennedy, Celia Holman Lee, Vogue Williams, Aoibhinn McGinnity, Daniella Moyles, Roz Purcell and Pippa O’Connor.
Lisa Cannon is also up against her Xpose co-star Glenda Gilson for the top award,with Claire Byrne, Alison Canavan, Louise Duffy, Nadia Forde, Sinead Desmond, Aoibhin Garrigy, Sonya Lennon, Miriam O’Callaghan and Mary Kennedy are also battling it out for the top award.
