Actress Victoria Smurfit has admitted she’s thrilled to reprise her role as Cruella de Vil for a spin-off of Once Upon a Time.
The Dubliner, who first made an appearance in season 4 of the ABC drama, has been filming a DVD special for the show.
“The writer, Jane Espenson, has written a two-hander with me and another actor,” Victoria told the Herald.

“So that happened, even though we have wrapped on the show. It’s a little extra bit, which will be fun. And what’s next, I never know.”
Although Cruella was killed off last season, the show is no stranger to bringing popular characters back from the dead.
While her career is flying high in the States, the former Ballykissangel star revealed she would jump at the chance to come home to work.
“I would love to come home and do a job,” she told the Diary.
