Ben Affleck has revealed his fighting moves in Batman V Superman were inspired by Conor McGregor.
The Hollywood A-lister stars as the Caped Crusader in the latest offering in the superhero franchise and while promoting the flick, he admitted UFC were the basis for much of his moves.
Specifically, he looked to Ireland’s own featherweight champion for those all important scenes where Batman faces off against Superman.

“He’s a little bit more of a brawler. You kind of get a feeling like physical, visceral slugger-thing,” he told Reuters.
“The fights are more like smash-mouth, kind of UFC-influenced, like Conor McGregor style.”
Conor has previously expressed interest in a film career with the Crumlin native slated to appear in the next xXx movie opposite Vin Diesel, titled xXx: The Return of Xander Cage.
