Oscar nominated actress Saoirse Ronan has opened up about her favourite red carpet looks.
The 21-year-old style star, who has enjoyed being on the best dressed list over the past 12 months, shared her most coveted looks with her stylist Elizabeth Saltzman.
“The very first look [Elizabeth] put me in, the Chanel I loved so much,” she said.

“I think it was such a bold move for [Elizabeth] to make with me because it was a direction I never thought I could go down and I just felt really great.”
Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter’s Pret-a-reporter, the actress insisted her look from the British Academy Britannia Awards is one of her all time favourites.
“The Calvin Klein sequence slip dress is one of my favourite looks – that would be in my top three of everything we’ve done,” she admitted.
“It was very new, it was very sexy and open but it didn’t feel sexy or open or sexual, it was just perfect,” her stylist Elizabeth Saltzmen added.

Speaking about her relationship with the American stylist, the Carlow beauty admitted she’s pushed her out of her fashion comfort zone.
“What I found interesting about going into Elizabeth’s studio is that there were things on the hanger and I thought ‘Oh I’m not brave enough to wear that kind of stuff, I’m not brave enough to pull that off’,” she explained.
“I remember before we met I had said, ‘I don’t wear pink, I don’t wear sparkles and I don’t wear anything floral’ and all she had was pink, glittery, sequence.
“I put everything on and it felt like me, it was just pushing me out of my comfort zone just enough that I felt confident,” she gushed.
