Stephen Byrne had a very unfortunate incident with a bollard – and it was all caught on camera.
The RTE presenter was walking through town when his crotch came into contact with a bollard on the pavement.
Needless to say, it wasn’t pretty.

Fortunately, a woman nearby caught the hilarious moment on camera and shared it with the world on Twitter.
Stephen was a good sport about the painful ordeal and even posed for a selfie with the girl in question after he had recovered.
“Walking in town earlier I took a bollard to the balls & of course the internet was there to capture & tweet it to me,” he tweeted.
