We’ve seen cronuts (crossaint and doughnut hybrids) take the world by storm in recent years and perhaps the ponut is the next natural progression in doughnut evolution.
Four Stars’ pizza doughologists have been working with Offbeat for the past six months to bring you the latest Instagram worthy grub.
Initially, the Ponut is available exclusively with classic pizza toppings (tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni) but subject to the success of the Ponut, Four Star Pizza and Offbeat are planning to extend the range to include other classics such as BBQ and the ever controversial Hawaiin.
If you’re in to it, the Ponut is available from the 3rd of April in Four Star Pizza outlets as well as OffBeat Donuts shops nationwide.
