From the perfect Tom Collins to a sunny sweet Strawberry Dacari, we’ve listed the best bars in Ireland to grab a cocktail right now.
Take a look:
The Blind Pig
Based in Dublin 2, this is a place you HAVE to check out if you’re looking for the perfect cocktail.
Named after the police who turned a blind eye to the liquor rooms of the 1920s prohibition era, there is an underground cocktail bar known for the quality and artistry of its cocktails that truly evoke the mood of a 1920s speakeasy — The Blind Pig.
The Blind Pig will tantalize the taste buds of cocktail lovers.
Open Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm. Experience the forgotten thrill of secret passwords, false storefronts and just a touch of lawlessness.
You have to keep it a secret. So shush!
The South William
Located on 52 South William Street through a huge glass window front… this is perfect for any day of the week.
Liquor Lounge
With a love for cocktails and fun nights out, The Liquor Lounge is Galway’s newest late bar and is already one of the city’s most popular venues.
Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, it’s nestled above The Dáil Bar and from the moment you step upstairs its striking bar catches your eye.
The shelves are brimming with a varied selection of premium spirits, wine, champagne, whiskey and of course gin. Along with all your favourite draft and craft beers.
We love their bespoke cocktail menu, with a host of original creations including; The Liquor Lounge Julip, A Fancy Glass, Pink Daisy, Fruit & Nut or the Foggy Dew!
Food is served daily and there is also a mini urban garden – the perfect perch on a sunny afternoon.
