Paula Callan first pursued her cosmetic career in 1992 and is just about to open Callan & Co in Ballsbridge (we’ve already tried it and we LOVE it).

Suzanne Jackson has only gone from strength to strength in the last year.

Cocoa Brown CEO and Girl Boss Marissa Carter had to be on our list!

We love her daily snapchats of her make-up looks but love even more the sneaky reveals she posts on her Instagram.

The tan queen first set up her salon Carter Beauty in Blackrock when she was 21 and sold it in 2014 after her tanning brand took off.
