Luke Thomas and The Swing Cats filming concert special – and YOU could be in the audience

How exciting!

Luke Thomas and The Swing Cats are set to shoot their first concert special for TV and DVD, featuring a line up of all-star guests – including the legendary Phil Coulter, comedian Al Foran and Showband King Paddy Cole.

After a massively successful year, which saw the band sell out The National Concert Hall and The Olympia, and headline the Cork Jazz Festival, they’re filming their very own telly special.

Luke Thomas and The Swing Cats are hoping to follow in the footsteps of acts like Robbie Williams, Michael Buble and our very own Imelda May by filming their first concert special on April 22nd in Twenty Two Dublin.

The special will hopefully air later this year before they embark on their Irish tour.

Special guest performers on the night will include the legendary Phil Coulter, Paddy Cole and comedian Al Foran.

Speaking about the special event, Luke said,  “This has been a dream of mine for years and I think now is the right time to do this, it’s gonna be an amazing show!”

We were lucky enough to have Luke and The Swing Cats perform at The Gossies 2018 – and believe us when we say they seriously raised the roof at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dublin.

If fans of the band are hoping to be in the audience for their concert special, there are very limited tickets available.

Fans can apply for tickets via their Facebook page next Monday, April 9th, on a first come first served basis.
