Nicky Byrne has taken to Instagram to treat Westlife fans to a trip down memory lane.
The musician uploaded a picture of a blurry old disposable camera snap – the first ever picture taken of Westlife.
The picture is from 1998, and was discovered when Nicky looked through some of his old belongings.
“I’m sorry I had to..” he captioned the snap.
“Here is the first ever picture of Westlife. Taken in June 1998 across the road from the Pod nightclub during our lunch break from rehearsals.”
Nicky revealed that in the picture, Shane Filan is wearing his DKNY hoodie, while Nicky himself is wearing sister in law Cecelia Ahern’s top.
Nicky is married to Georgina Ahern, the daughter of former Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern.
Brian McFadden, who left the band in 2004, is also in the snap.
The throwback comes after it was announced that Westlife will be heading out on a world tour in 2020, after soon-to-be dad Mark Feehily finishes paternity leave
