Love Island winner Greg O’Shea reveals ‘creepy’ fan followed him home in Dublin

The Limerick rugby player was freaked out by the incident

Love Island winner Greg O’Shea has revealed that a fan recently followed him home to his house in Dundrum.

The Rugby 7’s player shot to fame on this year’s series of Love Island, winning the show with Newcastle babe Amber Gill – who he recently split from.

Speaking on JOE.ie’s House of Rugby Live, hosted by Barry Murphy and Andrew Trimble, Greg explained: “I was over in Dundrum, I live just beside Dundrum, buying something and I was walking home then just around the corner and this girl followed me home, which is a bit creepy.”

“That’s the creepiest thing that’s happened so far. She followed me literally to my front door.”

“She ended up perking up towards the end and we had a conversation, she was fine, she wasn’t crazy but it was weird,” Greg confessed.

“[She was] 20 metres behind me for the whole thing. It was so weird, she didn’t say anything until I got to my door and the she was like, ‘Greg!’, as if I wasn’t Greg the last ten minutes like. So she knows where I live now!”
