Chris Hughes has confirmed his romance with Coronation Street actress Georgia May Foote
The Sun revealed that the pair started dating earlier this month, after following each other on social media.
And now, the Love Island hunk has confirmed that they are seeing each other, and have even met each other’s parents.
“She is an absolutely stunning girl – she is a beautiful girl inside and out,” Chris told the paper. “We actually have a lot in common as well so it has been nice to have that resemblance with someone else.”
“I’ve been up north to see her and she’s been down south to see me. She met my mum and dad – you can’t avoid mum and dad.
“I’m a big Corrie fan – my mum and I still watch the omnibus together. I don’t miss an episode of Coronation Street not even now so yeah it’s a bit of a dream come true seeing her.”
Although things are going well for Chris and Georgia, the distance between them has been a bit of an issue.
“She lives up north and I live down south and although you think that may not be a difficult situation – it is. We’re still talking and trying to make things work,” she said.
The news comes after the breakdown of Chris’ relationship with his Love Island co-star Olivia Attwood, who he dated for seven months after the show came to an end.
Olivia has since rekindled her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Bradly Dack.
