Kevin Spacey is facing a new charge of indecent assault and battery in relation to alleged sexual misconduct with a teenager.
According to reports, the alleged incident took place at a restaurant in Massachusetts back in 2016.
Kevin is being accused of sexually assaulting the teenage son of Heather Unruh, who was formerly a TV news anchor in Boston.
Kevin is expected in district court on 7 January for his arraignment.
The news comes the same day Kevin posted a bizarre video as Frank Underwood on his social media pages.
