Katie Price has to sell her West Sussex mansion to pay off debts ahead of her upcoming divorce to estranged husband of five years, Kieran Hayler.
Kieran cheated on the former glamour model on more than one occasion which led to the breakdown of the relationship.
Her former nanny, Nikki Brown, is also allegedly suing her which is adding to her financial woes.
The Daily Star heard from a source close to the 40-year-old, “Katie’s having to sell her home to recover money. It’s as simple as that.”
“I don’t know how much change she’ll see from the sale of the property as there’s charges on it, plus tax owed.”
The property is now worth £2 million but she had bought it for £1.35 million in 2015 and it costs the star £10,000 a month to maintain.
The source also said, “Even without all the business problems, the divorce from Kieran and the employment tribunal, the house documents are full of red flags.”
The mother-of-five has been travelling around Asia, despite her financial situation, with her new beau Kris Boyson.
