Penneys are reportedly trialling an online click and collect service

This could be a game changer!

Penneys, aka Primark, are reportedly trialling an online click and collect service.

Although the retailer has achieved huge success without the presence of an online store, it’s believed they’re looking into launching a service which will allow shoppers to reserve items before collecting them in store.

According to Davy, Primark’s chief executive Paul Marchant told a group of analysts about their plans.

It’s believed their click and collect service is “on the horizon”, but will only be trialled in certain regions.

The news comes after Primark opened their largest store yet in Birmingham earlier this month.
