Jett Medical have launched their Plasma Pen which helps improve the firmness and tension of the skin.
We spoke to the top UK celebrity cosmetic specialist, Dr. Vincent Wong, about the new ‘non-invasive skincare technology.’
Dr. Wong explained that: “Jett Plasma Pen is a device that delivers direct plasma to create a small electrical arc, similar to lightning basically.”
“The benefit of using direct plasma gives more control on the skin and results in the recovery time being lower.”
The plasma causes an instant contraction and tightening of skin fibres making the skin more firm, not only does it help decrease wrinkles it also promotes collagen protein and strengthens skin.
Jett Medical have treated a number of celebrities including Duncan James, Sam Bailey and Sinnita.
Dr. Wong also revealed that Michelle Keegan has attended Jett Medical ‘for the last three years’ for ‘combination treatment which no longer treats just one specific area but instead it’s overall skincare refreshing.’
This Plasma Pen is the only one of its kind on the market where the plasma is directed through the handpiece onto the targeted area, and the energy is absorbed by the target damaging the cell, which encourages regeneration and regrowth.
